Items must be returned intact and unused.Once your return has been received and accepted by our Partner, the refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs . 

Defective items

Our goal is that  every customer is always satisfied with their purchase. If you should receive a defective, damaged or mismatched item that does not match the description on the site, please contact us and we will  to organize the return and activate the refund procedure.
